Once this obnoxious approval process is over, can I drive out of multiple areas/states? or is it only my home state/area?

I live in New Hampshire, I travel all over New England, and really the whole country frequently. If I'm in Austin, can I pick up pax in Austin? Or Seattle? or??? or do I have to stay within a certain radius of my "home" area?

No, you can not drive in multiple areas. If you start driving elsewhere you will lose your right to drive at home. Don't ask me why. Also if you come here you would need a MN or WI license for some reason.

When I was in Houston I logged on to see how that market surges. I did not have a car and did not go online. The app told me some documents were missing. When I got home again I could drive as normal and no mention about documents. The strange thing is that I got a message that I had never given an uber ride and they wanted me to go out and try it for the first time.

I drive in SoCal so when I moved to Chicago for a short time I found I was unable to drive uber but Lyft worked fine (got some weird errors the first time I tried going online). When I asked to be transferred by Uber it wrecked my account and took 3 weeks after I moved back home to fix it (6 emails, a lot of griping, etc). Moral of the story, don't try to transfer at an uber location for starters, seems the majority of uber reps at physical locations don't understand how anything works. And two, Lyft is a lot cooler with you wanting to move around a bit
