Now normally I'd just say the city because it has a lot of people in a small amount of space. So I'll add to that and say any place that has a high enough ratio would be considered a nice spot examples are universities and places were people work and live within a few miles of each other (I call it smart money). My bets would be Marta stations but that's if you can make it to the Marta station without getting a ping.

Where 75/85 split if you take 85 a few exits up to North Druid Hills thats always a pretty busy spot and its close to Buford Highway which is another busy area. It tends to surge a lot but not RED from what i see just light-medium orange. Only drawback is almost all are in those ****ing gated apartment communities and that can be a pain in the ass

Let me try to see if I can explain this lol.
The closest to your house that surges 2x+ and farthest from the airport.
After that wherever it surges the most that tragic allows you. Trying to take the connector and head to downtown sometimes sucks because of traffic. I try to take 285 against traffic and usually end up around Cumberland
