Just got a text message from Uber -- "Congratulations! The service you've provided has placed you in the top tier of Milwaukee partners this past week. ..."

I don't work in Milwaukee.
I've gone back and forth with "Support" by email over receiving Chicago marketing materials despite living in Detroit... final straw came when I got an email suggesting that Detroit and Ann Arbor weren't in Michigan, they were neighboring cities to Chicago.

I finally took it to Facebook and got a legit response... I'm beginning to think that's the only way to get timely responses from competent service reps... I even went to the local "Greenlight Partner Hub" in metro Detroit with a separate issue... and left with no answers but a promise of a call back the next day with a correct answer... I should have known I wasn't going to get it when the girl at the desk took my info on a "Post It Note" and proudly proclaimed "this is how I stay organized and know who to follow up with"... needless to say, I'm going on two weeks without an answer...
