If drivers are making 'life changing money', why would they need to borrow money? Pay day loan style.

Uber has launched a new driver-focused program that provides cash advances when needed. The on-demand private car service has teamed up with financial service provider Clearbanc for a program called Advance Pay. This program allows drivers in California and Michigan to borrow up to $1,000 with no interest.

Great...just another way for Big Foober and its cohorts to play vacuum cleaner and evaporate money plus excess interest, fees, blood, and tears from drivers who get suckered into yet another scheme. Once again, Foober has your back. Thanks Foobs!

um, what happens when uber lowers fares? u can't pay off the loan in time....
That's not true. If they lower fares, you'll actually earn more, and will be able to afford to give Capri Suns and snacks to riders. If you spend too much on those things, just take out a $1,000 loan.
