Hi can someone help me please I have had my pco licence provoked by tfl for not telling them that had 3 poi to on my licence which I did no know I had to so on my renewal they did not renew my licence they asked me instead to appeal through court or start new application what should I do did someone started new application after provoked licence and how long that it take thank you

Look for a new job, you are unlikely to get your PH Licence back.

Some Black Cab drivers have appealed and got their Revocation swapped for a Suspension, but that was for getting 6 points, not for failing to inform TfL.

Thats why I don’t think you have a chance as you have likely been revoked due to not being Fit and Proper.

You might be able to apply outside London, but you would have to declare the Revocation, yes there is a National Database that all LAs can access.

Look at getting a proper Trade, after all why would you be desperate to stay working for Uber as people say they play Slave Wages
