Mississauga Greenlight hub

Hello,
I need to renew my background check. Is the Mississauga Greenlight Hub open to do that? I'd be coming from London and I'd rather not make the trip for nothing if it's not open.
Also, if it is solely an online thing, where do I do that?

Isn’t the background done online through Uber’s sent 3rd party? I didn’t know GH was doing background checks to begin with.

I had my previous Uber background done in 2019 at the Greenlight hub and got results instantly so I'm hoping that'll be the case when I intend on going on Thursday.

Last time I checked it was by appointment only. In the app: help - booking appointments.

Try again between 9:30am to 10:00am. This how I got my last appointment and this what the security at Greenlight hub told me how to get an appointment.

Also try “virtual” one. It would be the same people, not trained monkeys. And no need to travel to the hub.

I tried booking an appointment online but never see one available, but I'll try again tomorrow between 930 and 10am. To do it online, I would just have to put in a support ticket or is there another part of the help section I go to?

I just keep seeing no appointments available in that section. Anyway, I'll try again tomorrow as I said.

Yes, but I have to go in and redo it since I had an issue with my drivers abstract at this time 3 years ago. Hoping I can do it online though.

You don't need to visit greenlight hub. Just call the customer care online and they will do for you and you will get the email from Trition.
