Friday when I was driving I ended my day with 14 trips. Saturdays when I logged on I only had 13 trips showing and roughly $10 less in earnings. I emailed Uber and told them what was happening. They emailed me back and said that on their end my account shows up as 13 trips not 14. She then told me to back track my history and find the one that is missing and let her know. My history and earnings tab in the app both show 13 trips. I told her this and asked how I'm supposed to find this information when nothing is available. I also told her that I'm not working for free for Uber. When a service is performed payment is to be made. She wanted me to tell her the pick up location, the drop off location and the riders name. I don't know about anyone else but I don't keep detailed information from every trip. I track the number of trips, the dollar amounts from trips then contact Uber for any discrepancy. We emailed back and forth 2 times. I'm waiting for her response.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I thought two trips went missing Sunday night. One reappeared after updating app. When it's busy no time to mark it down but do have in car vid. Can always scrub through that and count trips.
After back and forth emails with CSR they told me to go to the office and tell them. Told me that they've exhausted options on their end. Like I'm going to waste time and money to get back a few missing dollars. I'm pissed about it but I know I'll get nowhere with them. They won this round but if it happens again they'll be in for a major fight.

Now I keep track of every ride and amount. I don't care how long it takes me to document it. It needs to be done.
