I strike from Monday through Friday 3:30 PM through 7 PM

Based on my experience this evening you make sense. A ride from Ply Mtg to the airport at 3:30 took an hour. Destination mode on the way back, no luck, hour and a half to Conshy. Should have hit S Philly, but those narrow street/alleys freak me out! Also didn't want to exit and drive Chester/Darby areas....too much in the hood! $45 with tip not good at all for 2.5 hours driving. But maybe I shouldn't be so picky about making $$.
I usually do well during morning rush (5:30-9:30), traffic seems more spaced out over time. Evening rush, not so much.

Better than driving in the burbs! Super congested on all the back roads and I just don't like the crowds out there!

this narrow street crap is my number 1 reason for 1 stars. I straight refuse on some trips if its too narrow. Not that i cant drive through them, but im not risking it for a $6.57 ride. In addition to that South Philly people DO NOT TIP.

Hahaha, oh God.... Wait until you drive in another country. You will be begging for those calm and narrow south Philly streets lol
