So I'm interested in being an Uber driver for Las Vegas and noticed on the Uber website that out-of-state licenses are accepted with a valid military ID. However, the site states NV plates/registration and insurance are still required.

I'm a military service member and have my license and registration all with Missouri. Everything is legit, but I haven't been able to get a straight answer from Uber if I need to switch everything over to Nevada, or if my military ID is enough to waive my out-of-state documentation.

Any military Uber drivers out there know the ins and outs of military exemptions? Perhaps a military Uber driver in Nevada?

Thanks!

From what I've read, military is OK with out of state drivers license, but the vehicle has to be registered in the state you are working. When peopleare in nevadaNevada they don't want to see a car pull up with out of state license plates.
