Because you dont get actual weed. I know a friend who has it and is some sort of oils that you put under your tongue. So you not actually smoking it.

There is a wide range of ways to get marijuana in you. It's all based off weed.
Not an expert but I thought you are supposed to smoke the oil with weed, the oil is like the moonshine of weed
