this shit wasnt drive thru but...i go to pick up pax at some pizza place on labrea and hollywood blvd...hes standing in the parkinglot....comes up to car to say yea man itll be a couple minutes...theyre making my sandwich and my salad now.... i said no mustard on mine right???? he gave some stupid look and said what??? i said i dont like mustard... so hes still doesnt get it..he goes back in........zoom zoom....

I still wouldn't do McD's, but you're right about it usually being faster. I always laugh right in the passenger's face when they ask to to In-N-Out drive thru, which always has a line around the block.

Got a ping at Domino's Pizza. It took 2 minutes for them to even come out and greet me.

Those of you who allow pax to run into the store, or go through drive thrus are a huge problem for other drivers. Uber/Lyft is on demand, not a car reservation system. If they want to hire a private vehicle there are tons off places that offer the service at the appropriate rate, $3.75 is not the appropriate rate.

i love it when we get a newbie that has an epiphany about uber. they start off loving uber with that $500 bonus, but in a few weeks they see the real uber.
this happens to 99% of uber x drivers in LA.
love the attitude towards pax. this is a byproduct of no tipping. uber must consider making uber a service to pax. in order to continue their gain of the market-share uber must make it a service. lyft pax are loyal due to the friendliness and service.
btw, i'm not mean but i do naturally treat my cheap uber pax with disdain. last night i forgot to put my water away. i have water for my lyft pax, and when i jump on uber i put the water away. so this girl gets in my car and grabs the water from the cup holder and asks if she can have it. i was so pissed off at myself for forgetting. i 1 starred her but i feel like that's not enough. any suggestions on what to do next time?
