"Notice sent by U.S. mail, personal delivery or e-mail to a Driver Coordinator using contact information available from the City will be deemed to comply with this obligation."

"Appeals: in the event of an appeal of the Directors determination by a QDR applicant, all applicable deadlines may be suspended at the Directors discretion; in that event, after the appeal is decided, the deadlines will resume per the schedule specified by the SMC."

I don't think there can be a "DR" yet because there hasn't been a vote yet to determine if we want to be represented or not.
Accordian to this official city document, "March 16th: QDRs notify driver coordinators of intent to represent"

Maybe they mean Oops!ber driver coordinators?? I see the title isn't capitalized, so . . . ?

After that it's, "April 3rd: driver coordinators give driver lists to QDR: So, yeah looks like it's referring to the TNCs (I guess).
