who the hell picks up food from malls or food courts like the one in century city the wesfield mall.
i did it few times i regretted it, with ubereats not even a tip, with doordash i got 7$ not worth it even on a motorcycle.
you gotta park go find the elevator, then look for the spot, and the customer keep calling you, where is my food.
one time i was looking for chickfill for like 20 mins i couldn't find it and the customer keeps texting calling, once i found it i got so mad, i bought a drink and enjoyed the meal hahahhaha
they don't tip and they give you instruction, thats why i only do GRUBHUB now

I had a post about this last week. I did it once in NoVA (DC area) and it was because I didn't know any better. I have gotten more pings for that location and I've declined them all cause it is total BS. The parking and going into the mall, getting to the food court, getting the food and leaving takes, at a minimum, 15-20 minutes. Totally not worth it.

They sure do suck and a waste of time. My area has no big malls (or shopping centres as we call them here) but there is one to the left side, a couple of suburbs over. Occasionally i deliver to that side and immediately drive back to avoid getting pings from that mall. Yes i should just go offline for a few minutes but whatever.

The only times I may not mind is if I'm at the mall anyway doing shopping, running errands. Might go online while there so I could pick up an order as I leave. Also, if I'm driving home from somewhere and in no rush then might turn ubereats on as i'm driving, accept a mall ping if one is offered. Got nothing else to do really.

I take it those are stand alone buildings in the same parking lot as the mall? Or have outside access? We're talking about food court pick ups.
Correct, they are attached and dont require you to walk thru the mall at all. Although if I'm in the area, I'll pickup from the Florida Mall too, as long as it's a restaurant that has quick pickups like the Asian ones. Other than that, I won't pickup unless PM is offering a bonus.

Both of those malls have immediate access to the food court with the only parking concern coming from the Florida Mall.
