(EDIT: ph)
In MA, if we fall below $32.50 $33.48 ph of booked-time, Lyft makes up the difference (if any) every two-weeks. For example: + $100

I’ve noticed, in order to manipulate the shortfall, every three-weeks Lyft will offer bonuses or Challenges to increase my two-week average and the need to payout a shortfall.

This past week I was offered the automatic 7-day EV bonus; 50/$55 and multi-tiered Challenge 33/$33. Total: $88. This put my week’s booked time at $45.70 ph.

Challenges and bonuses must get removed the customer payments tally to boost the real minimum.

For tax accounting purposes, are bonuses handled differently from salary?

Your guaranteed hourly rate is $33.48/hr.

Uber/Lyft algo are pretty clear.. they don't like people who averaged above 33/active hr---it is like a casino, the game is rigged against the players and they aren't supposed to win. Let say, you have beaten them at their game.. Next week uber/lyft will stop giving out challenge/quest to you.

This has happened to me over and over. The next time you will see challenge guarantees is 3 weeks later.

I average >$33/active hour EVERY SINGLE pay period as evidenced by the fact that I have not received a single supplement payment since this all started earlier this year. It's the case whether I get any challenges/quests or not.

That's life. You have friends, you have enemies. :p However If you have many people in your block list, that is an OCD issue.

So far, I only have one individual in my block list---obeythenumbers. That guy is a certified all-star troll.

Bobby will almost join obeythenumber. He is a borderline troll too. :ROFLMAO: Filipino and Chinese don't mix, just facts. It doesn't matter if it is in the same classroom, or forum or countries.

Discrimination and inequality are my main beefs.
If bonuses are hourly pay, how can bonuses be offered randomly?

Driver-A cannot earn the same ph as Driver-B because the bonuses are not offered evenly.

No EV bonus from Lyft last week, but I have an EV bonus this week.
