First they refused to pay cancelation fee when I waited the stated wait time and called the rider. Their reason was that I didn't arrived at the pickup location on-time or 5 minutes after original ETA. WTF does pickup arrival time has anything to do with whether rider shows up or not? 1st time I was late was because of traffic. 2nd was because the GPS directed me to wrong street. As a transportation company, they should understand and consider traffic is a big factor. And they should get their GPS working properly.

2nd, I was given an UFF with estimated trip time of 42 min. Actual time took much longer, 1 hour and 11 minutes and they refused to make any adjustment.

I hope this company burns to the ground.

87.00 in 1hr in 10 minutes is not bad. If I got 4 of those in a day that would be ok with me.
I'll go 28 miles for $87 ANYTIME
$87 in a little more than an hour driving 28 miles? What’s the issue?
I have to agree with what other people are saying...$87 for just over an your's work and less than 30 miles is pretty good. With my old Lyft rate card, for the same trip, I'd earn around $35.
You just made $87 in one hour what are you complaint about lol smh.
Had to be black. So funny black car driver coming here complaint about $87 in one hour when regular Lyft pay is prolly $20 for that ride.
It was Lux Black and if it was old rate card, that ride is $102. Whether that was regular LYTF or LUX Black, it's irrelevant. The point is, UFF was estimated with 43 min trip time. The trip ended up taking 1 hour and 11 minutes, which was significantly longer and fare should've been adjusted accordingly.
