Similar situation. Sort of. The message speaks for itself. Was NOT happy about this one. After this I decided that I won't take any Lyft rides more than 10 minutes away. Max. And usually decline any that aren't 5 minutes away.

Lyft's cancellation fee isn't even worth the wait.

Too much to look back but I've gotten paid $2 and some change for waiting 15 mins and cancelling for no show before.

It's typically been the $15 max for Lux assuming I drive more than 5 miles and 10 minutes or so. Even that wouldn't have been close to the original fare, which was about $65. But it would have been something.....
