Who's strategy will win in the end?

  • Lyft will win because they cater more to the drivers

  • Uber will win because they cater more to the Riders

  • Neither of them. They both suck at what they do.

  • They will both prevail in the end!

I think lyft has done a better overall job with driver relations than uber. Uber only care about the money and those who bring it. I think in the end lyft will have a better balance of driver and rider relationship. Just my opinion. What's yours?

I had a few issues with lyft. They never responded to my emails, so issues went unresolved. At least uber responded to each of my emails - yes, sometimes answers were unhelpful. And besides lyft pax aren't that much better than uber pax.

Also it's against my religion to drive around with the glowing pink vibrator on my dash.

Lyft wins hearts.
Uber wins all the money.
Uber has more evil ways and I am afraid they are winning already.
At least in my market.
Lyft lost my heart, and Uber never had it. Lyft doesn't seem to know what the hell they're doing when it comes to much of anything. Why on God's green earth they would lower prices in numerous markets where Uber is at as well, and not honestly expect Uber to do the same (in effect making the lowered price a permanent reality) is way beyond me. Their lack of advertising is a headache, too...I don't know how they expect to get by when their drivers (who seem to have less and less in the way of financial resources partly because of their incompetence) are left with the sole burden of doing all the advertising in many markets, but with no incentives for passengers whatsoever. It's unbelievable to think that they seriously believe Twitter and Facebook are the main answers to all of their problems.

Lyft has the $2500 deductible, Uber has $1000.
Lyft pings in San Diego are often 15 minutes.
Lyft lowers your rating if you pass on a ping.
Lyft pax are self inflated Yuppies for the most part.
The only thing Lyft has going for it is the tip via app feature.

They both suck, and are taking advantage of drivers.

In CA the Superior Court decided to hear the case against Uber.
We may be employees soon. That means unemployment, insurance, Workman's comp.
It also may mean scheduling, but that does not bother me. I work the good hours anyway.

So you want to force uber to employ you? You can always not put your keys in the ignition.
