I had a rider today who told me she would never use Lyft again after she was charged 150% tip on her last ride. She thought she made an error and tried to take it up with CSR but they refused to back down. So where there is Uber and Lyft, she won't be Lyfting anymore.

The what a real rideshare company's does.uber so pro rider they will never take our side.Im not saying lyft is not pro rider. they are a bussiness ,but at least when the passanger is wrong they will stand up for the driver

I don't think 150% tip was tip per se but Lyft primetime equivalent to 2.5x surge

It was probably Lyft's version of surge pricing and she's just a ******
