So I am out here 6 short of pdb. End trip and Lyft logs me out. Go to login and it says we need to verify your phone #. Go to settings and re enter. I go to settings and it says sorry until you verify your number you can't make any changes!!!! Try the website but it won't send a verification code until I verify my phone #. Email support will take at least a day if lucky and at least 4 attempts to teach the untrained monkey what the issue is. They better pay me the PDB it's their error.

Yep I just have the most amazing bad luck with them. As I have said Uber treats me allot better and I have fewer issues all i try to do on Lyft now is GTD hours .

I've been driving with these companies since 2015 and can say I've NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS!!! Could it be the way you work each day??

I've been driving with these companies since 2015 and can say I've NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS!!! Could it be the way you work each day??

Surprisingly my ratings on both are highest since I started. It even amazes me I think I just attract crazy people. Did 29 trips yesterday had 2 nut jobs. A 2nd rider would not leave the car after the account holder got out went in the house was insistent I drive him to a bar. Told him he was not authorized on the account and his friend had to tell me it was OK. He gets out screaming I am a f ing jerk at top of his lungs. Then 3 am picked up couple going 2 miles . Less then half mile from destination he wants me to u turn take him to get a burrito . Told him no. End of ride asks again and I said no. So he is screaming I am a f ing ahole and slams door with both hands and kicks the door.
