Big news from Lyft! Seattle's new Lyft driver office, “The Hub” located at 1012 Western Ave., is open and ready for you to come by. The Hub is open Monday - Friday 11AM - 4PM so you can chat with a Lyft employee about all things Lyft. See you soon!

Lyft Seattle Office now open
From what I understand so far it's just one person that sends an email for you to support. Gonna take some time to get fully up and running.
Seriously? So this person does not have the authority to make changes? That is only point is to avoid having to email support and take forever. Wow, poorly planned.
