Lyft counts the last 100 rated rides you've given so any 4-stars and below will drastically lower your ratings. Whereas in Uber, your last 500 rated rides are counted. It's easier to pull up your ratings with 100 rides, but the inverse is also true where if you've successively been given any ratings below 4-stars will lower it.

Okay that makes a lot of sense recently I been driving in south central a lot more often

Don't be like these entitled "knowledgeable" ladies, I mean drivers, that complain at the first hint of things not going their way.
