just wondering what everyone’s rating on lyft is as a nj driver. Because to me these people are the worst line or not lol like wtf is wrong with these people mines is 4.66 on lyft lol steady 4.88 on Uber I dunno what there problem is I’m not picking up low rated pax either they just have a wierd attitude about to stop doin lyft even if it’s really slow on Uber just can’t stand them anymore

Just drive safely
Avoid navigation errors
Keep distance
Bad mouth uber
Focus on business ppl if u can
Be respectful
Don't do line trips
Don't pick up ppl with 4.3 or lower ratings

Ya I do all those things expect avoid line because I was chasing a pdb the one for an extra 130 or whatever my rating was 4.9 but ya it dropped needless to say honestly tho lyft makes me ill I feel like any second with them I’m gonna get deactivated over 800 trips I have maybe like 3-4 safety flags anyways I’m done with them for awhile I think even with more downtime with Uber I dunno I just can’t stand these cheap lyft losers anymore

Give up line and your rating will go up. If u fall below 4.6 lyft may deactivate u

Contact Lyft about it, I went through this aswell and Lyft bumped my rating up to a 4.73 from a 4.67. Let them know that you have had no problems on the rides that got you down rated.

Seriously, stay out of the ghetto and don't take line for your next 50 trips. Guaranteed you'll be over 4.8 before you hit 50.

4.92 about 2000 rides in northern NJ. it used to be lower a year or so ago but Lyft also wasn't as busy for me back then. It does fluctuate and they base it off past 100 rides unlike uber's 500 ratings right?

Do you drive a crappy car? Passengers already know that if they 1 Star you they won't be match with you again thus if you have a dirty car this bastards are so demanding that they will try to avoid you. They want to pay Pool rates but get picked up by a BMW.

I was a 4.89, hadn't drove lyft for months...gave 3 rides (1 in PA w/tip, 2 in NJ no tip - 1 was a cancel), months before that had given 1 ride and weeks before that 3 rides.. now a 4.78.

I contacted Lyft to the let them know that I had no problems on the rides and that I got down rated.

Even asked how to see my full list of ratings on the app or online... No satisfactory result from Lyft yet on how to see all ratings. Got an email saying don't be so concerned.... Blah, blah, blah.

So, from that I think lyft will just rates as they want to. If not, the cancellation and 1 ride caused me to drop .11. I have over 600 rides on Lyft.

Folk say to ignore ratings, but Lyft will drop you with no recourse... No way to improve your rating, no courses, no coaching.... Just your rating will improve with more drives - wrong.
