In lyft once we rate the customer i see we can type some comment there, who sees that comment ? Im guessing passenger ?

I'm not sure they even read it anymore. I used to get an email and text follow up that was relevant to the comment. Now, even with a one star and strong statement I don't hear anything back.

I noticed this too. It seems much of Lyft Support has moved overseas like Uber.

I bet if a driver in India or Philippines has a problem, the operators are located in Kentucky or liberty city
