It looks like you were on the road Monday when our app experienced an issue. Our engineers worked swiftly to get everything back up and running.

They compensated me last time. I could not complete a trip for over an hour. I was paid for that hour in fare and additional couple of dollars and changes later after the email.

I had a mysterious 2* rating last week. I have no idea why. Brought my 4.99 down to 4.96. I got the LYFT note about the outage (I was online during it), but apparantly the mysterious (and rare-bird) 2* rating was never removed.

I'm too lazy to bother to call or email, becuase I have no idea what ride it was.
With the new 5* default, my rating will be back to 5* is a couple weeks or less.

Maybe you weren't engaging and entertaining enough? A few jokes here and there wouldn't hurt to build rapport. LOL. :eek::eek::eek::eek:
