If, like me, on or around April 10th, you agreed to a new Terms of Use with Lyft. From the day you accepted, you have 30 days to opt-out of arbitration with respect to Driver Claims. Must be in writing.

It was a ***** to find in the Terms and I'm convinced when I accessed the Terms elsewhere, because I couldn't access the ones I agreed to, I was unable to find the email to send it. I'd been lazy but took note when I first read but the effin email was gone.

Anyway, finally got it thru Twitter which I have underestimated and here it is:

[email protected]

Dammit optout

Oh Jajajaja I'm high and realize that just reads like chaos but yea. Sorry and you're welcome bizatches!
