Yes, that is normal for the rates in Chicago. We get paid a certain amount per base/mile/minute. The amount you received correlates with those rates in Chicago (You can find the rates in your Lyft dashboard). You get paid according to those rates, and it doesn't make any difference what the rider pays, or if it's Line (just that Line is potentially more work for you if other riders are added).
