last week I got my lyft incentive text at 11:05 am Monday. I like to plan out my week beforehand lol. Not sure who’s running the show there but it’s a mess.
Obviously not the whole operation. But they are amateurs compared to Uber. Not just late notifications, but also more issues with the lyft app. Lyft tends to copy what Uber does and rarely has original ideas. Even though Uber customer support isn't great, lyft is worse. It's just a bunch of little things that add up. But as a full time driver Uber allows me to plan my week better with timely and consistent incentives.The whole Lyft operation is a mess because you got an incentive late?
