How come no one is complaining about Lyft hiding the rider's rating so we are forced to accept every ride? They started doing it on May 1st.

I noticed, I think it sucks. They also only show the address and not the city when picking up a ride. WTF is with that? I'd like to know at least what direction I'm heading.

In my market Lyft awards all their paxholes 5.0 ratings. It's rare to see a four point anything.

I don’t accept any 5.0 riders. And nothing below 4.80. When they assign a rider to me without my consent, I automatically cancel no matter how lucrative it looks. When I finally do accept a request, I turn off future requests and stacked pings because they don’t give the pax rating. I agree it is very irritating that they don’t tell us the city, it makes it that much more difficult to confirm the route in my head. And they don’t even give me road names, just state route numbers. The pathetic series promotions requiring more rides than Uber. I could go on and on about all the irritating things they do. At the end of the day, the lion’s share of my rides are for Uber. And I only turn on Lyft when Uber is slow. I can’t imagine I’m the only one the feels this way. Maybe Lyft should spend some of their IPO money on market research of their drivers. Pax tell me they don’t like the app either.

I've complained about it in the Lyft subforum. I bet they are trying to get us to pick up these pax. Mind tricks. I rejected them and pool rides but then my pings became less frequent. Don't know if it was just a slow Friday night but last night I started accepting all rides and my pings became more frequent.

Lyft really sucks now. But so many people still stupid enough to keep signing up for express drive to make peanuts, while even having reduced rates while doing express drive.

They do shit such as this that even Uber doesn't do.

Haven't driven for them in over a year.

Ya renting a car to do this is stupid. The only thing that makes sense is to use a car you've already paid for. It's what I am using a fully paid for car. I keep a lot of my earnings and get to keep the car when I decide to stop
