The upfront amount is lower by about the same amount as the bonus or tolls so the driver doesn't actually get anything. It's all BULLSHIT.

What are you talking about? Are you referring to a "guarantee"? The guarantee only promises that you will get a minimum of a certain amount of you do a certain number of trips. Got to read the fine print!
