Have you guys heard of Luxe? What a great idea. You can valet anywhere within the service zone. The valet will come to you for as little as $5/hour, they can wash and fuel up you car upon request and they can drive you home in your own car if you drink too much. Tipping option built in to the app.

They're currently in NY, LA, SF, Chicago, Seattle and Austin.

Because Uber/Lyft vacated Austin in May, Luxe is now the next best option and is picking up the demand.

I don't like to use a real valet, much less some random person I meet on the street, but that's just me. With all the parents willing to shove their unattended minor into an uber to take to soccer practice, apparently common sense is completely lost on a lot of people, so this might actually have a shot. Until cars end up wrecked or stolen and Luxe is like not our problem the valet is an IC! LOL
