He has to sue the MTA or Port authority of the city or all of them. They didn't maintain the railroads properly. This could've killed the guy if it had been a couple inches to the right.

There's already property damage and loss of wages. Hopefully this guy hits the jackpot with his lawsuit and he makes it out

Agreed but he declined to go to the hospital.. id go see a doctor even if it’s just psychological damage.. cause dude could of really died horribly.. imagaine it was just a few inches to the drivers side.. stairght dude on some final destination crap.. imagine if it hit his head or hit the passenger in the backseat.. and we not talking light wood.. the wood used on the rails are heavy and strong.. he went thru the car like it was nothing
