I noticed I had my lowest rating last week...4.69 Wonder if it was due to Mardi Gras fares/traffic. Had 11 ratings 4 stars or less. Figured a couple must have been 3 or less. Still the same driver/vehicle that was earning 4.9 rating prior to this....

It happened to all of us last Mardi Gras, and it happens to the folks who drive late night in the Quarter. It's a combination of a number of things......
-riders having to wait longer than usual for pickup.
-riders unhappy because of surge pricing.
-riders unhappy because it takes longer to get to destination.
-rider who can't drink alcohol in the car (open alcohol containers).
-riders who are unhappy they have to walk a few blocks if you can't get to the destination due to a parade route or heavy traffic.
-riders unhappy you don't have an AUX cord.

The good news is, it's gonna settle down to normal now that Mardi Gras is over until February 13th, 2018.
My rating seems to be unaffected so far....still hanging at 4.91.

My rating actually went up. I only drove during the day on Monday and Tuesday I called it quits before 10pm.

High prices,heavy traffic,drunks.
All kill ratings.
