I keep "losing contact" with Lyft every 10-11 minutes, unless I am on a ride. Doesn't matter where I am. Anyone else?

I get it whether im on or offline. The fact that it sends you a text everytime it happens is aggravating because it makes me think someone is sending an important text.

Clear your cache when this happens then restart your phone. That should fix that for ypu

Me too. A few times, I was 1 ride away from completing a streak and the only way to fix is to restart your phone. Of course, you lose the streak if you do that.
Had to email Lyft CS and they actually gave me credits for the streak bonus.

I've lost contact with the Gryft system a few times before. I've had to end rides as a result too. I believe it has something to do with the reception in a particular area.

Yes, that happens over 4G LTE downtown alot. The urban canyon / users sucking up reception will do it.

two times it did it to me. its out of the blue. its not a connection issue from your internet its lyft system must be a glitch.
