After a day of typical shitty fares I finally got a long trip from Hayward to San Fracsico when the app logged itself out mid trip on the bay bridge.

The whole system seemed to glitch out for a few minutes with the heat map lighting up and disappearing.

When everything went back to normal it just logged me in as if I'm not in the middle of a trip. Once I got into SF it started getting ride requests which I ignored.

The girl I was dropping off was also logged out and the information for the trip never appeared so how can I contact uber to pay me what they owe me?

Yeah this happened to me too. As soon as I got to pickup pax, everything was fine, then I wanted to confirm that the rider is in the car, kept getting network error. She got the same thing on her phone. Took them on a 10-15mi trip. During the duration of driving, I kept trying to start the trip and getting network error until I signed out. Signed back in, and it was as if I was free to pick up passengers while I still have them in my car lol.

The only way to contact them is by email, give them pickup address and drop off address address and the gubers will credit you.
Just rub the phone next time and everything will work itself out. Is it really that cold In San Fran?

My Uber Taxi application was acting up at about 1845, 1900, or so. I went to the Tenally Mini Mart to buy my one dollar lottery ticket and tried to log out. It would not let me log out. I simply turned off the Uberfone completely. I went inside, bought my one dollar lottery ticket, came back out, turned on my Uberfone and tried to log in. First, it would not do anything. I got into the cab, started it up and headed for the Icky-D's, because GF wanted an Ick-Flurry. I tried to log in, again. It got me to the gateway page, but, again, would not log me in completely. I kept getting "network error" messages. I opened the customer application on my other telephone and it showed "No [insert appropriate vehicle] available for Uber Taxi, Uber Black, Uber SUV, UberXL and UberX. I tried the Taxi application. Suddenly it logged me in and a ping came immediately, which I accepted (GF's Ick-Flurry was going to have to wait). The lady came out. She told me that her application was acting up, as well.
