My experience is positive. I have never waited more than 10 minutes and after figuring out the pickup areas haven't had any problems except with c/e I always call the passenger as soon as I get the ping and make sure they know where the pickup area is. I only use the lot when I have dropped off a passenger at the airport, I would never drive there specifically to do airport runs but it is nice not to leave the airport empty.

thanks for your inputs. sometime you have to deal with customer that really get on your nerves. examples. I have customer 3 of his friends jumped in my car and have to wait for his other friend to get drinks and cigarettes at 7 eleven on 75 state st, boston for another 5 minutes during peaks hours. and they kinda disrespectful too. I don't know why they not ready when call for service.

So thanks for that story Johnny, now back to Logan.

Agreed c/e if tough if your an idiot and can't figure out how to get there. Drivers and pax alike. B can be a pain when it's busy if they are still checking truncks. For me A is the best, angled parking and all the pax have to do is walk directly away from the terminal.

Hahaha, good one dude...:D

Topic thread is "Logan Pick Ups" and dude is like venting off on something else LOL. He probably accepts UberFool pings and loves making that $2.30 of the second and third pick up...
And doesn't understand that if you stop new requests you get almost the same as an x and you don't have to stop multiple times on the trip. Oh wait this is a Logan thread. I live in nashua had a ping to c/e. Arrived nobody at the huts. I called he say "I'm at door E124" or whatever. I said I can't pick you up there you need to walk to the TNC app ride bla bla. But I'm at door e... he canceled I got a cancellation fee and looked up later it was going to Lowell right off ft 3. It was later at night. If I knew I would have walked over to him to get him. That would have been a 60+ ride 15 minutes from my house

I got my certificate from the DPU Friday. I did a pickup Saturday night after dropping in East Boston. Then did one this morning around 7:30 after dropping off. The Saturday evening one was only to Cambridge Marriott. The Sunday morning one was to Bedford. The process and time waiting seems to be minimal and goes very smooth so far. The passengers I have both said the app instructs them where to meet the vehicle. I know not all passengers will pay attention to it but most do and it makes sense. Very organized and I havent minded it so far. I like some others wont go there specifically to wait for a ride but if I drop off at the airport or in East Boston then will go as long as its at times when flights are landing.

yesterday i was in pick up lot as there were no car queue and got ping right away. he was in B terminal and this dude probably called me 3 times, i told him to be patience as there were 100 of cars making it bad traffic. anyway i got there after 10 minutes and he and his wife had 6 luggage. In other place i would have easily canceled trip but i already spent so much time getting there, i told them i would manage to fit. and I did helped with theirs luggae and manage to fit all of em. Pax were gogin to Sharon. Took us 55 minutes to get there and fare was only $39. i helped to unload all their luggage and they knew i have to go back to city as i told them i live in Somerville still they didn't bother to tip me at all. They were telling me they just get back from 2 weeks vacation from Europe and Israel and also they lives in Big as s house. what a cheap as s pax. I actually took lost on this trip as i didnt wait around as i knew i would not get any ping there. so almost 2 hours of jobs $39. I rated these cheap as s 1 star and by the way his rating was 4.1.

Logan is a disaster. I've done 5 pickups there and have regretted every single one of them. You need to insert the lube with a turkey baster before you leave the house if you are going to do Logan runs. Just over the surface isn't enough.
But I thought the once-giddy rideshare drivers anticipated Logan as a goldmine...never mind, after all, cabbies often wait one or two hours plus there for often crap or mediocre fares.

Last I checked, Logan cabs to Sheraton are less than $27 including tolls before tip, assuming cabbies doesn't cheat and take Williams tunnel, adding about $7 if no lane or Rt. 93 south exit closures; the rideshare quote I checked was maybe $19, if I was not confused or mistaken (does that price quoted on my app assume toll?). In other words, cabbies often wait so much longer for a similar price, not including tip, if not going farther than Sheraton Boston.

That's cause we all had visions of nice trips to Needham, Natick, Wellesley and Newton. Instead what we are getting is nightmarish trips to the South End, Eastie, and Beacon Hill. The drivers that do score long trips are to location so far from surge zone and fertile pickup spots that they are forced to dead mile it back quite a ways. Logan is fools gold. At this point it's just a free place to park and sleep.

P.S. That 19 fare includes the Massport Fee as well as the Toll. Driver would probably see 11 bucks out of that run.

Sharon is loaded with cheap bastards. You probably wanted to strangle him in own driveway. You know he's gonna brag about how much he saves $ now instead of having to take a cab for $100.
