Ok lets:

Welp its slower than LAX, but a tiny bit faster than John Wayne. Ummmm cops galore, and well shorties for the taking. All in all, you can get from LB to LB and make $10.00, while sitting for 3 hours. WOO HOO...

Please posts thoughts, shall we, lets.
So let's analyze this Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual 'review' you are proposing. Hmmmm...?

  • Does 'LAX' = what I am afraid it means? geeeesh...that's just yucky.
  • 'Faster than a John Wayne' ???
  • 'Cops Galore' = A bit of Village People I'm assuming.
  • 'Shorties for the taking'
  • LB to LB for $10 !!!
  • While 'sitting' for 3 hours - this is a bit of a new position I have never heard of...but, I guess to each their own.
  • WOO HOO - Won't even touch this...

DO NOT PICK THEM UP! NOT WORTH IT.

^^this, back in the day they will purposely messed up/bend a sign ( do no turn on this street from this hour to this hour) so it was hard to see, there was a gas station on the corner, I fell for it and saw at least 3 more people after me, I am sure they couldn't wait to allow Uber on the airport just to ticket the Shiz out of the unsuspecting drivers

And by Queue, you mean the Designated LGB Airport Passenger Pick Up location using the Left Lane and Center Median, right?

This is some review!

So let's actually review. What are the procedures? Where do we wait? Where do we pick up?
Got my one and only LGB Pick Up Request from the corner of Cherry & Carson (Poke place I like). Go figure.

But haven't been in the LGB TNC Staging Lot Yet and most likely won't.

Drop offs are the same which is Curbside in front of Terminal Entrance using the Right Lane.

Pick ups are from the Left Lane ( two one way lanes) with PAX waiting on the center medium opposite the Terminal Entrance.

I'm guessing this Pick Up area might get backed up occasionally (small airport but small pick up area also) . Also guessing to be patient and wait until you can position your vehicle in the designated PAX pick up spot. It is obvious once you get there. There is a cut-out that accommodates 4-5 cars at a time?

Don't block the thru-traffic side of the Left Lane and don't let PAX move and try to walk to you outside of the Pick Up Loading Area.

If PAX want you to Pick Up from the Right Lane/Drop Off location in front of the Terminal, I would tell them, sorry, please walk across to designated Pick Up location.

Only have completed a few drop offs and one pick up so this is all I've got for now.

I've picked up there a dozen times as a civilian and it's never even occurred to me to use the left lane. I take it that's the taxi lane too? On the way out I always see the cabbies parked on the right side of the roadway. That's not our staging area is it?
Sure it is :p:p:p, lmk how it goes...

Changed April 4th re allowing TNC Non-TPC pickups. Really didn't pay attention about all pick ups or just TNC at the designated Left Lane Pickup Spot?

I'll have to pay better attention next time I drop off or just do a drive by when I'm nearby.

As luck would have it I just did and it went GREAT! A cop pulled up and asked if I was a UberDriver and I said yes and he said let me get you an umbrella so you don't have to sit in the sun. Then he stood there and held the umbrella for me whilst calling for backup to bring me a tall cool glass of lemonade and a grilled cheese sandwich. Then one of them even let me shoot his gun at some pigeons. Turns out it was the perfect perpetual parking platform in perpetuity.
