Before covid 19, when someone asked to have the food left at the door, I would leave the food and send a quick text letting the customer know it was there.
With the photo requirement, I cannot seem to complete the text. The app keeps exiting from the text screen before I can finish and going back to the screen for taking the photo.
Customers seem to be having issues sending texts to me as well:
‘Hey Beezus, I’m at the’
‘Hey Beezus, I’m at the’
‘Hey Beezus, I’m at the’
‘Hey Beezus, I’m at the’
If I take the photo, I have to use the delivered button. If I don’t, it asks me to take the photo again.
So frustrating!
