Do not go online until you are IN the surge area. If are online while enroute to surge, Uber computer will see that there is driver supply coming and get rid of the surge.
ALL drivers need to do this for themselves and others drivers that are trying to get the surge. Don't let uber screw you and other drivers out of the surge by being dumb.
