For SUV — I dropped off today at around 4pm - hopped in the queue - got priority access and got nothing for about 15 min and then bumped to 36-40

I tried going out and back because the priority queue access last five hours or so, but that did not work. Does anybody have any idea why this happened?

You have 30 mins with priority access to get a ping. If u don't ur bumped back to the queue.

Plus, there’s probably too many black drivers in the queue especially in priority access, queue ahead of you.

What's really annoying is that you get bumped to the back of the queue.

HEY UBER, It's really easy to record where they would have been in the queue when they started. Instead of the back of the queue, put them in the spot where they would have been without priority queueing. That's the only fair thing to do. Give drivers credit for the time they spent waiting in the priority queue when you bump them! Sheesh!
