When it takes about 30min to get to your rider, at what surge will you make that pick up?

Thats when my acceptance drops about 20-30% when i try to get that 2.3+ and i now always call the pax asking the destination before i start making that brutal trip into the airport. Nothing less than 25miles.

Well I just did a 1 hour drop off followed by a 10 minute-to-pickup rematch at 1.6x surge that lasted about 30 minutes out, but then again I don’t ever go to the lot anymore so I don’t think I’m in the target audience of your question...

Got a ride from Santa Monica to LAX. Took 15min to get there at Ralphs, and then another 40minutes to In-n-Out before the PAX gives up and decided to walk so he wont bbe late... No rematch and its a mess tonight. Long weekend?

I got a ride earlier for a paltry 1.6 surge, spent 15 minutes barely getting onto the ramp into the airport, and the pax cancelled. Spent another 20 minutes getting out of the airport and told to go back to the parking lot for the privilege of being able to catch another pickup.
