Well, just likes there's bad cops out there, there always gonna be somebody out there that shouldnt be driving for Uber. But if the guy is really a jerk like this, not sure how he survived the 4.6rating to still be active to do this trip

According to the press - this is a pre-requirement to being an Uber driver.

Are we not tired of these reports - just pointed to get back at Uber and its drivers - what are they trying to prove, or just trying to get ratings?

Heard from a pax last night that she had an Uber driver knock on her door and demand cash for a fare that did not calculate correctly on the app. I told her the correct wording of her email would have gotten him deactivated and it was obvious he did not understand to handle fare disputes with Uber.

Reason I see more n more ladies using lyft now in days. Poor ladies are scared to death of uber drivers now from what i am hearing from them.
