I remembered when they first moved the lot before from near Terminal 3 to where it is now and the first few months we kept constantly getting pings to MGM, Tropicana, Motel 6, and Hooters. We had to keep calling support to fix it, and it took months.

He's talking about drivers cutting through there back to Paradise Rd instead of taking Tropicana back to the staging lot so you won't get kicked out of queue.
