What is your policy in transporting kids?

A guy came up with two kids and an infant in tow. Cracked my window and said I cant transport them without a child seat. He started to get angry and yelled back at the other lazy bums on the porch for a car seat, someone yelled back that they have one.

I don't have kids, so I don't know the rules on what size kids have to be to sit without a car seat. But quickly knew I didn't want 3 car seats in my Select vehicle, in addition to the total waste of time installing them, so I just drove off with them yelling at me to come back.

All black so I'm sure I'll get a "racism" complaint.

around here the carseat thing is an edemic problem. That's why this is one of the few locations that has all the carseat options. And no one who rides seems to have a firm grasp on the rules either.

Not just uber but taxis as well. And by my estimation maybe 75% of drivers across the board break the rules as well.

I'll never pick up lil kids without a car seat. Uber don't pay enough for that ticket if you get busted or someone wrecks into you
