First the pax tried to get in the car with 3 people all with open container containing alcohol. When informed its against the law and I can't allow it, he said the other drivers let them do it. Then they started drinking on the street and told me to wait like I am a f*cking chauffeur. After waiting several minute more, when I asked them if they are ready, they started grumbling and reluctantly got in the car. Then started asking stupid questions like is this my full time job and threatened to report me to uber (for what, I don't know). By then I had had enough, pulled over and told them to get the f*ck out.

The point I was making about him asking such question was that he was trying to degrade me and passively imply that he can get me deactivated from the system and lose my source of income.
The moron does not know that I have 2 other businesses and I do this minimally.
I left my six figure income job because I could not put up with other's BS, do these pax think I will put up with their sh*t for 10 bucks!

Pax sometimes think they have power over you because it is natural for them to assume they are the ones paying for the ride and they are the ones supplmenting your income. This gives them a sense of power in which they will threaten to report you to Uber and make you lose your income.

Its human nature to always want to be in control of someone. But once they know that you dont need to drive for Uber and you are just doing it for shits a giggles, they start acting nicer to you because now the roles have switch as they now know they cant do anything to you because you dont care if youre deactivated because this is just a small side gig for you.

Better to not let them in and get the cancel fee and no rating. Unless they cheerfully ditch the drinks with NO argument I don't take them.

Sorry to be bad news but being an uber driver is chauffeur part it's correct...me, you and anybody else on this forum or else where in the word, like it or not we are chauffeur no matter how u describe it. We are transporting a pax from point A to B. That is what drivers do. Luxury or not...

A chauffeur is a person employed to drive a passenger motor vehicle, especially a luxury vehicle such as a large sedan or limousine.

Originally, such drivers were often personal employees of the vehicle owner, but now in many cases specialist chauffeur service companies or individual drivers provide both driver and vehicle for hire, although there are service companies that just provide the driver.
