I'm in Coachella Valley..What is a "surge" I think I remember that rare event happening once maybe twice before many moons ago..

Nobody does anything to you for low accept rate. You are free to refuse all pings. Cancel rate should be at or below 20% but the driver terminal counts only 1 week. If you cancel a ride it doesnt show on the terminal. It does show in the website partner login. So likely you have a few cancels that history doesnt show

I don't know, maybe you're right. According to this I've canceled 2 of the 3 accepted. I maintain I accepted one ping only and that's only because I randomly drove through a surge area so I logged in.

Disregard accept rate. Mine was below 10% for a few months nobody said a peep. Just repeated "warnings" by email. Cancel rate other than no shows is frowned upon.

I'm not worried about it. Like I said, it's the only two cancels I have all year. The acceptance rate ironically is actually worse than what it's showing.

I think it's actually 1 out of 14 or 7%. What can I say, you have to be clear if you want out of pool

With violent duck butt shaking,2 hops,raise left wing,lower head 3 times,and protrude beak twice.

If you don't do the body motions just right,it means something else entirely ! Be sure to display ruffled feathers on back at end.they must ruffle for 3 seconds,or the whole statement will be considered a Bluff !
Female ducks will tighten wing tucks tighter but won't display back feather ruffle,and almost never display mane crest unless crazy mad.
