I have completed only 2 trips as of now and chose to stop after seeing that I have done 2 trips but 0 pay. I know Uber/UberEats can be slow but this hasn't happened since pre-pandemic to me. Now I have always got these sort of things fixed but still just seeing if I'm the only one. As of late, every other time I pick up an order, there seems to be issues like incomplete orders or someone else has picked it up. It's always in the back in my head that sooner or later, Uber will take it out on the drivers. I mean, my acceptance rate is always 25 to 30% and has been as low as 10 lol. Anyways, wondering if others are dealing g with this as of today.

Just noticed my last trip of the day is missing and tried to call but the call wouldn’t go through.

Came here to see if anyone else has had the issue; looks like I am not alone.
Let's hope it's a glitch and not something worse. Considering layoffs is going to be a issue (generally, not just Uber) this year it's no telling what Uber might be up to.

yes I am having this issue as well. Seen shit like this before, it eventually gets sorted out. Probably a server issue or something.
Also had a unique problem early this morning, where they were sending me pings despite having a reservation within minutes. I took one of them, thinking my reservation PAX must've cancelled, but the whole time I am driving the new ping PAX, I am getting notifications that I may not make my reservation in time.

It worked out fortunately, because the customer eventually cancelled it (even though I still would have made it within the given 20 minute window), so I got paid on it anyway since I had already technically made progress towards him.

This is a typical Uber crash. It happens maybe 3 or 4 times a year. The last time this happened was November. I remember because it was Election Day.

You'll get your money, but it will trickle in later in the day and possibly into the evening. Sometimes it takes a full day for some payments.

I wouldn't worry too much and I wouldn't call Support. They don't know anything about the technical side of the app. They'll either say that they don't see a problem on their end or they'll feed you some bullshit.

All you can do is wait this out.

FWIW, the base pay for my last delivery about ten minutes ago went through.

My payment just went through as well, at least the base part of it. At the end of the trip, the PAX gave me a look as she was on her app after I closed it out, as if she was giving me a nice tip (you all know that look), but that has not come through if she did.

same happened to me....i had to call and badger Rohit (after I could finally get through).
