Hi guys, I know this site is also popular with cab drivers, not just rideshare drivers. And because YCS has employed thousands of drivers, I'm hoping this post reaches those drivers that have changed their address from when they first started driving. Though not as ruthless as other cab companies, YCS still has shown little respect for drivers. Here's some chance at relief.

Also, if you worked for another cab company between 2007-2015, this may apply to you.

If you have worked for YCS and have not received any mail correspondence from attorneys Christopher Thomas and Christopher Craig, please contact them. You may reach them at cptgroup.

Greenberg has been working on that lawsuit for what, 10 years? Give me a break.
They contacted me, wanting me to give written testimony against the cab co. They asked lots of questions about health insurance as well as minimum wage stuff. This was 2 years ago! Still going.
At the time, I commented about how long it's taking. He just chuckled and said, "Yeah, it's slow going"
Yeah, no kidding.

The case settled and it took less than 10 years.the company has to pay out millions of dollars to current and former drivers.
Oh, ok. Thanks. I'll contact Greenburg. After registering with him for updates and helping his case, I'll especially ask him why I was not updated or notified of the case results. I'll also ask why I never received the check.

For some one who cries often about other drivers complaining, here you're crying about the lawsuit taking too long.

You're no different from the whiny drivers you're always crying about.

Who's crying? That lawsuit is for lowbookers like you, who were not good enough to make minimum wage.
So go ahead and continue posting long winded wrong info.

These companies don't keep low bookers. After +10yrs, I left because I wanted to leave, not because I was fired.

Idiot.

The pay structure was changed way before this lawsuit. Frias settled 4or 5 years ago, this lawsuit was filed because ycs did their own audit years ago and of course cheated.
Um no the pay structure was not changed until this lawsuit then the companies started paying the right way Google the case it's a landmark minimum wage case for cab drivers in the state of Nevada.before the lawsuit the cab companies thought they were exempt from paying minimum wage to cab drivers.they were wrong. The class action just begun against a cab by the same attorneys

Um, no. The cab companies began paying minimum wage after a complaint was filed with whatever govt agency handles such things. Frias and other companies had outside agencies do the audit and drivers were justly compensated, however, for some resson ycs was allowed to do their own audit and cheated, hence the lawsuit was filed by the two "Chris".
