For the 2 past days everytime I do a pool request and I drop off the pax I get the warning that I denied another pool request when nothing shows up while driving to the destination!

This has been happening to me as well.

Also, if a trip is accepted and canceled as "other" dies that count against your acceptance rating where the garauntee is concerned??

Anyone know?

Hoosier, the 10th ended at 10:00:11? or began? Yeah they are not going to pay. You gotta end the trip before 10:00:00 for it to count.
In this case, drive faster. end trip sooner. go through a yellow light. watch that clock. Uber will not count it as a COMPLETED trip before 10:00:00

They will say you had 9 trips in 9.32 hours. that is their stance no doubt. 10th is not included.

I don't get why this is so hard for people. Must complete ride before the hour is up or u need another ride. Iv never even had them not pay me when I deserve it.

If after u finish your last ride and see

drove 4:58 hrs and had 5 rides u good
Drove 5:02 hrs and had 5 rides u not good
