Is anyone else not recieving surge rides? I was in the middle of a surge area and only got rides outside the area. Its 5am and it seems way slower than it should be. Are there just too many drivers or what?

Uber likes to pull tricks like sending you pings outside the surge area. It's because every other driver is rejecting them, so they flow down to you. Reject them also.
