Same here, in ph whoever got pco licence in last 3-4 yrs should be made to do a first knowledge test, then driving test and then only after at least two years of suburbs be allowed into central Lndn.

Now tell me difference between NEW cabbiee and PH driving in central Lndn?!?

The difference is a new cabbie has done 3+ years driving around London , where as most new ph as not even drove in England before .
